Cook 2 slices of bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, turning until crisp, about 8 minutes.
Remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Add 2 frozen waffles to the skillet and cook in the drippings until golden about 1 minute per side.
Stir together 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise and relish each. Add in a dash of hot sauce, lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
