Today I will share an easy quiche lorraine recipe to make at home. This delicious dish is perfect for breakfast, lunch or even dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 200 grams of diced bacon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
How to Make Quiche Lorraine Easily
First, I preheated the oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C). Then I filled a 9-inch mold with the pie dough and lightly pricked it through with a fork.
In a frying pan, I browned the bacon and drained the fat afterwards. They are really good when nicely grilled.
In a medium bowl, I whisked together eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg first. Then I mixed the bacon and pour the mixture over the dough.
I placed it into the oven and set the timer to 50 minutes.
